MEP Engineer (Electrical/ HVAC/ P&S)

We are currently expanding our MEP team to support our growing portfolio of Local and International projects. We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the following positions:

MEP Engineer/ CAD engineer:

• Prepare concept, basic, details and construction drawings for MEP system in Revit or CAD

• Calculate MEPF requirements based on the types of system needed

• Assist Project Manager in producing the design specifications, design reports and to finalize all design calculations as required

• Liase with client, project architect, other consultants as required.

• Follow company's design procedures and standards

• Ensure all drawings are reviewed and checked before submission to the Project Manager

• Report to Team Leader

BIM Engineer:

• Provide CAD drafting/ BIM modeling and design support for MEP systems

• Coordinate and manage Revit models

• Create Revit families and CAD blocks

• Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers/ team leaders

• Review all work for completeness and accuracy

• Use checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines

• Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis

• Complete printing and plotting requests

• Demonstrate proactive approach to learning of new digital design tools

• Report to BIM Manager

Required Skill/ Experience

• From Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing and Sanitary engineering or BIM-related field.

• Have 01-03 years experience in design MEP Companies

• Experience of MEP design at all stages from concept to completion

• Understand English, to read AS, NFPA, CP, PS... standards

• Knowing both TCVN and international standards: AS, BS, ASPE, CP.

• Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.

• Familiarity with Design Visualization applications such as Autodesk 360 (Cloud Rendering), 3D Studio Max and Navisworks

• Having MEP design license is an advantage

• Candidates with higher qualifications will be considered for a higher position
