We are looking for: MEP Design Engineer - HCMC

 

What you'll do:

  • Our products are specified by Architects and M&E consultants, owners and other specialist design and Engineering personnel.
  • Manage communication on all technical matters with these stakeholders by multiple channels including digital method or in person related about Hilti's products, solution.
  • Raise awareness for Hilti's engineering by conducting trainings and seminars for consultants and /or projects stakeholders to get their approval/influence in using Hilti's solution.
  • This involves building long-term relationships and account development with specifiers to gain knowledge of specifications on projects and educating key influencers (owners, construction authorities) on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products. To have strong understanding of the fire code landscape, QCVN, Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and other Non-structural guidelines from BCA.
  • Provide knowledge in Quality System Procedures and produce calculations, proposal solutions, technical support (pre-sales) on a timely, for firestop solution where product's engineering are applicable
  • Collect existing and potential project information and calculate BOQ through visiting sites, architect, designer, consultant stakeholders.
  • As a Field Engineer, you will be working with these specifiers, customers, sales teams, product managers and designers to drive the sales of specified products – and will have the opportunity to work on exciting and groundbreaking projects!

What you'll bring:

  • Preferable minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
  • At least 5-7 years proven working experience in M&E consultants, contractors, construction process, technical specifications, material proposal and approval.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computer skills.
  • Well-organized, diligent, and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Well proven language skills in spoken and written English
  • Discipline and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Well-developed sense of customer support and relationship maintenance combined with an outgoing and open personality.
  • Willing to travel locally, whenever necessary.
