[HCMC, VIETNAM] MEP DESIGN ENGINEER– CT MODULEX
District 3, Ho Chi Minh City | Full-time | R&D
CT Modulex is a high-tech company pioneering the development and manufacturing of smart modular homes built to industrial standards for international markets. We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer to join our R&D team, responsible for designing and integrating complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our modular housing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, design, and finalize power and lighting, low-voltage (ELV), water supply and drainage, HVAC/ventilation, and solar energy systems for modular housing products
- Develop MEP routing maps and coordinate with Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Panel, and Mechatronics teams to resolve design conflicts (clash review)
- Prepare technical documentation, liaise with suppliers, and control shop drawings and material submittals
- Directly participate in prototype production, assembly, testing, and acceptance (FAT/SAT) at the workshop/site
- Develop and standardize design documentation, drawings, and BOM/BOQ to support repeatable production
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical-Electrical (M&E), HVAC/Refrigeration, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design; candidates who have led design documentation and coordinated the process from design through acceptance are preferred
- Experience with modular/prefab housing, containers, or hardware R&D products is a plus
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP/Navisworks is an advantage
- English proficiency sufficient to read technical documents and standards
- Strong systems thinking, proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work at the workshop/site according to project schedule
Benefits
- Salary: VND 30,000,000 – 37,000,000, negotiable based on capability and experience
