1. Role Description
- We are seeking a commercially driven, relationship-first Private Club Manager to own the membership and private client ecosystem at Level 8. You will grow and nurture a community of members and locker holders, identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and expatriates who align with the House of Barbaard lifestyle, and ensure their experience consistently reflects the standard they expect. Success looks like a growing, loyal member base, strong retention, and measurable membership revenue.
2. Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of memberships and locker programs and own the full sales cycle from first introduction to onboarding.
- Develop and execute a structured outreach pipeline targeting high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and professionals in Hanoi.
- Build and maintain deep, personal relationships with existing members and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage the member base through regular touchpoints, exclusive events, and personalised communication.
- Represent the House of Barbaard at relevant lifestyle and networking events and build referral pipelines through members and partners.
- Report weekly on sales performance, pipeline status, and key account activity.
- Work closely with operations and bar teams to ensure member experiences meet expectations.
3. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in the Vietnamese and English languages.
- Strong commercial instincts and proven experience in luxury sales.
- Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of results.
- Familiarity with the Hanoi high-net-worth community is a strong advantage.
- Impeccable personal presentation and alignment with the House of Barbaard standard.
4. Benefit & Salary
- Salary: Base 16-22 million VND + Sales Bonus (can be very large)
- 13th-month salary;
- 20 days of paid leave;
- 20% discount on company products and 50% staff discount on all F&B services for your personal consumption.
5. Weekly working hours: 48 hours (6 days per week)
