MSP (Medical Service Provider) Management

  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring that the network consistently meets established quality standards.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of partner hospitals, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Facilitate Communication: Promote effective and ongoing communication between insurance representatives and healthcare facilities to ensure a seamless alignment of processes regarding underwriting and service delivery.

  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement opportunities for improvement within the network to enhance overall service efficiency and quality

  • Manage and control medical exam expenses

Underwriting & other tasks:

  • Underwrite new proposals/existing policies within approved authority

  • Verify and sign off underwriting cases for lower authorized- level underwriter within approved authority

  • Address and resolve complaints from customers and agents regarding medical services of MSP and underwriting decisions, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Involve underwriting-related projects

  • Conduct data analysis of medical exam/service and underwriting

  • Carry out other tasks when assigned by upper management

Team Leadership and Development

  • Organize Training: Lead team development initiatives by organizing regular training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing opportunities to keep the team informed of best practices and industry trends.

  • Lead, Mentor and Coaching to develop People: Foster a culture of continuous learning by managing and mentoring MSP teams, enhancing quality and productivity.

  • Training for sale force in nationwide about MSP/Underwriting process

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Medical Services, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Medical Doctor

Knowledge and skill:

  • Medical & underwriting knowledge.

  • Risk assessment and analytical skills

  • Relationship-building with hospitals and healthcare providers.

  • Negotiation and contract management.
