Main Accountabilities

  • External expert engagement and medical insights
  • Liaise with and support the development of key external experts (KEEs), including leaders from relevant university and tertiary hospitals, in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Systematically collect, analyze, and communicate medical insights to inform internal strategies.
  • Medical and scientific support: Provide high-quality medical and scientific support to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring accuracy, balance, and compliance.
  • Scientific expertise and knowledge advancement
  • Maintain a high level of scientific and technical expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and products.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of current medical literature.
  • Prepare and deliver critical reviews of scientific publications and congress data, internally and externally.
  • Attend national and international scientific meetings as required.
  • Medical information and scientific exchange: Respond to product-specific scientific inquiries and frequently asked questions from healthcare professionals and internal partners in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Clinical research and evidence generation support
  • Support phase III and phase IV clinical studies, as well as IIS in accordance with applicable SOPs and local regulations.
  • Ensure study proposals are scientifically robust and aligned with local medical objectives.
  • Medical strategy and cross-functional planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of medical activities under the supervision of the medical manager, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • External scientific landscape awareness: Maintain awareness of the evolving scientific and medical landscape within the therapeutic area to support informed medical planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Documentation and knowledge management: Complete required documentation, including CRM reports, to ensure accurate capture, traceability, and preservation of medical knowledge.
  • Medical/promotional material review and others: Review scientific content of promotional materials and speaker presentations to ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company standards. Perform other relevant duties and projects as assigned by the company, in line with business needs.

Required Education/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Medical or Pharmacy university degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Science Liaison role and/or within a relevant therapeutic area
  • Demonstrated capability in medical research, data analysis, and structured problem solving
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including scientific presentations
  • Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills, including effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
