Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Can Tho. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinics, within an assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customers, presenting product information, organizing product demonstrations, and providing accurate, up-to-date scientific and commercial data. The role involves building and maintaining strong professional relationships, managing sales pipelines, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely reporting of activities and market feedback. The representative will also support marketing initiatives, participate in product training, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, relationship building, and achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to discuss product indications, benefits, and safety information accurately and responsibly.
- Relevant educational background (e.g., degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field) preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records and reports.
- Familiarity with ethical pharmaceutical promotion and local healthcare regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, office software) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is an asset but not strictly required if strong potential and motivation are demonstrated.
