Medical Sales Representative (2-3 YOE)

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Industry: Medical Equipment (Aesthetic, Dermatology & Plastic Surgery)
• Working days: Mon-Fri (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and present products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Conduct product consultations, demonstrations, and training sessions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs
• Update sales activities and customer data in CRM systems
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Support workshops, conferences, and product launch events
• Travel within assigned territories for client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• 2-3 years of sales experience (medical, pharma, or aesthetic preferred)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Intermediate English communication skills
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-centric, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable with travel and use of CRM/MS Office tools
• High standards of ethics and professionalism
