Job Description

*ROLE OBJECTIVE

  • Develop partnerships with hospitals, medical universities, and academic societies to expand DoctoTek's clinician community and medical education content ecosystem.
  • This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare, who understand disease knowledge, clinical research, and physicians educational needs, and wish to grow in academic partnership & medical marketing.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with departments, training offices, academic societies, and faculty to organize workshops, talkshows, and medical education video programs.
  • Invite physicians and medical experts to join the platform; support filming, content preparation, and academic communication.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospitals, universities, and healthcare companies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver CME programs and specialty-focused content initiatives.

*REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare (e.g., Medical Representative, KAM, DSM, BD).
  • Solid understanding of disease knowledge, pharmacology, or basic clinical research, enabling effective communication with clinicians and faculty.
  • Existing relationships with physicians, academic societies, or hospital training departments.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, collaborative attitude, and long-term orientation.
  • Prefer candidates interested in AI, technology, and medical education.
