We are looking for dynamic and driven Medical Representatives to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling dermatological products to healthcare professionals in HCMC in assigned territories, in accordance to defined policies and objectives.
Based in HCMC, the ideal candidates will excel at building strong client relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through new business development and strong customer engagement.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to optimize product positioning and strategy.
- Product Training & Education: Educate clients on product benefits and proper usage.
- Reporting & Analysis: Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales.
- Existing experience in dermatological or skincare products, preferably in mid premium segment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – understanding and ability to communicate in English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities and ability to position products based on technology and clinical advantages
- Understanding of Clinic and stakeholder motivations, influencing factors and partnership mindset
- Strong Business acumen & hunger to maximize potential with existing client and drive new clinic expansion and curiosity to understand business potential
- Strong collaboration mindset and desire to work with colleagues for synergies
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
