Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals through face-to-face and digital engagement
- Execute territory business plans to maximize reach, coverage, and performance in line with company objectives
- Promote Sanofi's portfolio responsibly, ensuring scientific accuracy and customer-centric communication
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to support sustainable business growth
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver consistent and high-quality customer experiences
- Ensure full compliance with Sanofi policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
- Continuously develop skills and capabilities to adapt to a changing healthcare environment
About You
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role within a dynamic environment
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with accountability and resilience
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Comfort using digital tools and systems to manage customer interactions
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience (not mandatory)
- Proficiency in local language; English is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
