About The Job

This role is responsible for driving product performance and strengthening customer engagement across the assigned Northern provinces. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, provide high-quality scientific information, and execute territory plans that support patient outcomes and commercial goals. Your work will directly contribute to the success of key Sanofi brands in the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and deliver territory performance KPIs across assigned provinces.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Execute daily call plans and implement sales and marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date clinical information on Sanofi's portfolio to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand coverage within the territory.
  • Monitor market dynamics, gather competitor insights, and translate into actionable plans.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer engagement and territory execution.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales; exposure to MNC environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate insights into action.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a field-based setup.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills; familiar with evolving healthcare and policy landscape.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
