Presenting and educating healthcare professionals (HCP) on L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) products to drive brand recommendation and prescriptions.
Assure fully visiting and engagement plan based on given guidelines and product cycles
To build strong relations and loyalty among HCPS by planning and executing engagement activities
To fully Map dermatologist and pharmacies in the given territory and categories by business potential
To increase the level of prescriptions/dispensing business given by dermatologists with proper visits and effective utilization of all tools given
To ensure complete and timely reporting
Analyzing market trends, tracking competitor activities, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions for management
Medical Dispensing
In charge of target coverage, visit frequency and product cycles and sales out performance
To develop strong prescriptions base and doctor dispensing business to achieve set sales objectives
Implement all dispensing tools that support for HCP engagement and performance metrics
Identify tender hospitals and lead tender processes in given territory
Ensuring all promotional activities and sample distributions comply with legal and ethical standards
Work together with other functions / departments (marketing, medical detailing, external communications and digital) to assure ontime infull activity deployment
Requirements
Other Tasks assigned by line manager
Education Qualification: University Degree of Pharmaceutical or Dermatologist
Have pharmaceutical background or at least one year experience working for medical company or related business. Experience and knowledge skin care & aesthetic will be an advantage
Have a good relationship with KOLs, Director, Heads of hospital's pharmacy in Dermatology and Aesthetic is a plus
Good negotiation and persuasive
Hard working and Dynamic
Familiarity with Pharma Business and Doctor detailing
High sense of responsibility, honest. Passionate & able to work under high pressure.
Be customer service minded
