Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Content Development (30%):

  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and define project scope.
  • Research complex medical topics and translate them into clear, engaging content.
  • Turn complex scientific and medical concepts into content that is accessible and engaging for different target audiences.
  • Write medical and scientific content for various formats, including brochures, patient leaflets, training materials, and digital campaigns

Strategic Content Leadership & Quality Assurance (70%):

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including strategic planning, medical, and creative departments to develop content aligned with brand messaging and communication objectives
  • Edit and proofread all written content adheres to ensureapplicable regulatory, ethical, and legal standards
  • Validate the accuracy of medical content by referencing scientific literature and clinical data
  • Review and provide editorial feedback to support overall content quality and consistency.

Qualifications

Must-have

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher inPharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Biopharmacy, Biochemistry, Life Sciences,or related healthcare field
  • Experience: Minimum of4+ years of professional experience in medical copywriting, promotional material, or scientific communication in amedical agency or pharmaceutical industry is highly valued.
  • Strong medical knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in medical copywriting or regulatory content development
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive, incorporate feedback constructively

Skills and Competencies

  • Skilled in crafting clear, concise, and medically accurate copy
  • Excellent command of written English with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the confidence to defend, present, and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in challenging or high-stakes discussions.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in grammar, structure, and data accuracy
  • Flexible ability to adapt language and tone to different audiences
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Experience working in Pharmacy, Healthcare Multinational Company
