JOB DESCRIPTION
To take care staffs health within her responsibility; first aid in cases of labor accidents
• Training first aid
• Check up yearly
• Healthy recording
• Checking hygiene food and safety in catering; there are non cases of food poisoning
• To be responsible for food safety in Brewery (canteen and meal event)
• Update knowledge in health
• Verify and consult to HR about health record; verify health record by staffs third party
To enhance responsibility in Frist Aid & Health care
• Get information then to inform and or apply the preventive action for all the public medical disease
Medical management
• Medicine is not out of date
ISO documents/ VPO
• Update and inform to ISO/ VPO leader
• Checking record and document in Administration section
Protective cloth, uniform
• Supply protective and staff uniform to staffs if they are new comer or renew damaged protective cloth and old uniform if have
Canteen
• Portions report, get portions from sections, checking and verifying portion monthly; cooking utensils management
• Audit canteen such as hygiene, 5S
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated from Medical vocational school & above
• Understood in rules & regulation by Ministry of Health as well as Administration
• Having at least 2 years of experience in similar position in manufacturing companies
• Good at Microsoft Office
• Good time management, good communication & problem solving
• Responsible, honest, nimble, considerate, friendly
