1. Sales executions:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for advertising opportunities, understanding their needs and positioning our advertising services as the best solution.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings, aiming to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver engaging sales pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of advertising spaces and how they can drive business growth.
  • Work with relevant departments to create tailored advertising proposals and packages that meet client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering continued support and addressing any queries or concerns they may have regarding their advertising campaigns
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure favorable agreements for both parties, while adhering to company policies and pricing structures.
  • Ensure all agreements are executed professionally and on time.
  • Prepare advertising budgets, establish clear sales targets, and assign specific duties to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Monitor and review progress against targets and adjust strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee media placements and advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with clients specifications and expectations.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for the best results.

2. LCD content / advertising inhouse planning:

  • Develop and create content suitable for LCD categories and in-store displays to optimize the achieved results by understanding Target Customer , store location and layout. From that, develop content that can be changed based on time of day, season or promotional activities

3. Internal Coordinator:

  • Work with relevant departments such as MD, OP, Legal, Accounting, IT, etc., to align internal processes and ensure smooth project completion with optimal results.
  • Work closely with different internal function in MKT dept ( Decoration, Communication, Mailer...) for on-going campaign to ensure those projects will be on time & in full

4. Other duties

  • Plan & Execute promotion campaign on App to recruit more new register and active user
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with BI team if necessary.
  • Quarterly survey competitors to learn their good practices and suggest improvement for AEON
  • Documentary staff for payment and contract
  • Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Monthly report to reach company target and other task as assigned by Marketing Deputy Manager

5. Rules and Regulations

  • Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Requires 2-3 years experience in the related area.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising or media sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Have experience in market research and business operations in retail industry
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Good understanding of advertising budgets, pricing strategies, and media placement processes.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to meet deadlines and targets.
