Bilingual Media Producer (Content & Video)
Position: Full-time (Senior/Junior)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Office/Remote Flexible)
Reporting to: Chief Content Officer (CCO) & Head of Content
1. Role Objective
Create and produce high-quality bilingual (English & Vietnamese) content across digital platforms, with a strong focus on video storytelling and production. Act as both a content creator and production coordinator, capable of developing compelling narratives while organizing and executing media productions (interviews, docu-style content, shows, and events).
2. Key Responsibilities
a. Creative Production
- Develop concepts, formats, and scripts for video content (short-form, long-form, interviews, docu-series).
- Participate in and coordinate end-to-end production:
+ Pre-production (idea, research, script, planning)
+ Production (on-set coordination, interviewing, directing support)
+ Post-production (editing direction, storytelling flow, subtitles)
- Work closely with video editors, designers, and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Support or lead the production of media programs, events, and branded content.
b. Content Development
- Write, edit, and produce programs, articles, and multimedia content in English and Vietnamese.
- Deliver a variety of formats: long-form features, short-form videos, social content, case studies, and press releases.
- Build compelling storytelling in business, technology, leadership, and innovation.
c. Research & Trends
- Research international media and content trends; update writing style to global standards.
- Propose creative ideas that resonate with global audiences.
- Co-develop content strategies with Marketing for cross-platform execution.
d. Collaboration
- Work closely with Strategy, Marketing, and international partners.
- Support C-level executives in editing and publishing strategic content: speeches, keynotes, and international articles.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth production workflows, timelines, and quality control.
3. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Languages, International Studies, or related fields.
- Senior: Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation/editing, ideally in media, journalism, tech, or business.
- Experience in video production, content production, or media projects is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of: Scriptwriting for video, Production workflow (pre shoot post)
- Ability to organize and coordinate production (timeline, team, deliverables).
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments (events, on-set production, interviews).
- Proven ability in storytelling, creativity, and understanding of global audience insights.
- Experience in working with international media, startups, or multicultural environments is a strong plus.
