Purpose Lead the Media team to build content-driven growth engines for commerce. Oversee Content Factory, Performance Marketing, and other Marketing Services to ensure integrated execution that delivers both media ROI and commerce conversion.
Main responsibilities
- Develop media strategy to support commerce revenue targets (conversion-focused, not just awareness).
- Develop communication strategies to support commercial revenue goals (conversion focus, not just awareness).
- Lead and manage teams across Content Factory (Media Assets, Live, Affiliates), Performance Marketing, and Marketing Services.
- Design and monitor KPIs (ROI of Media Commerce, conversion rates, O2O activations).
- Collaborate with the Commerce team and Ecom Ops team to ensure alignment between content, media spend, and sales performance.
- Optimize budget allocation across paid media, affiliate, live, and content production.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (short form, live streaming, affiliate commerce) and apply to campaigns.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor media team leaders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in digital/media/e-commerce marketing with leadership experience.
- Proven achievement in performance-oriented media, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
- Strong commercial mindset: able to link media investments to revenue outcomes.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (content + paid media + affiliates).
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
