Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies for brand and product marketing (online and offline channels)
  • Manage media resources (digital advertising, outdoor advertising, social media) to improve campaign performance and ROI
  • Oversee advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), optimizing conversion and cost efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide media strategy recommendations
  • Collaborate with PR, content, and e-commerce teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives
  • Manage media budgets and vendors (agencies, media platforms, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
  • Over 3 years of experience in media or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major advertising platforms and data analysis metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English as a working language; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
  • Experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred
