This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quang Yen Commune for a Mechanical Manager. The Mechanical Manager will oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery, ensure optimal equipment performance, and lead the teams responsible for mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance schedules. The role includes ensuring compliance with corporate safety standards, conducting regular inspections, and providing technical recommendations to enhance efficiency in production processes. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and identify improvement opportunities for machinery and equipment.

• Technical expertise in mechanical engineering, including skills in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong operational management skills, with experience in supervising teams, planning preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement technical strategies for optimizing equipment performance.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes in the textile industry is a plus.
• Proven analytical skills for diagnosing mechanical issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Proficiency in using maintenance planning software and tools.
• Experience in sustainable practices in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
