You will be responsible for the mechanical equipment design of customer factories and warehouses, including our in-house developed rental factories and rental warehouses.
Most projects are related to Japanese companies. You will handle the entire design process, including site surveys, meetings, equipment planning, and preparation of design drawings.
・Mechanical equipment design for factory construction projects
・Design and preparation of drawings for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
・Preparation and revision of in-house drawings (AutoCAD, etc.)
・Equipment planning and design work
・Cost estimation and cost calculation (as required)
・Equipment support at rental factories and on-site support
・Site inspections and site checking
・Meetings with clients (mainly Japanese companies), depending on the project
・Other administrative tasks related to the above
・Education: College Diploma or higher
・Language: English - Intermediate Level (TOEIC 600 or above).
・Experience: one of the requirements listed below.
- At least 5 years of working experience in any industry.
- At least 3 years of working experience at a Japanese company.
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical and facility system design (M&E) for factory construction projects
- HVAC (air conditioning) systems
- Water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
- Fire protection systems (firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, etc.)
- Ventilation systems
