REQUIREMENTS
Relevant education and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in designing mechanical components, preferably robotic joints or precision mechanisms.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) for mechanical design.
- Familiarity with actuation systems (servo motors, harmonic drives, torque sensors, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping, machining.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes like CNC machining, injection, molding, casting.
- Knowledge of robotics standards and compliance requirements is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical parts for humanoid robots, ensuring high precision, durability, and lightweight construction.
- Conduct kinematic and dynamic analysis to improve joint performance and efficiency.
- Select appropriate bearings, gears, and materials to achieve desired performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with electrical and control engineers to integrate actuators and sensors within the joint system.
- Prototype, test, and refine mechanisms to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and reliability standards.
- Support manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring that designs are cost-effective and scalable.
