Setup workflow for Data release process SOR sourcing, ECR, EBOM release in PLM Teamcenter.
ECR controller ensures meet timing release. Follow change point ECR belong to each component of project.
Design and develop mechanical parts and systems while working closely with electromagnetic, manufacturing, power electronics, thermal and structure analysis engineers.
Design and develop mechanical components for testing and jig, fixtures for assembling the test sample
Resolve technical issues by applying problem-solving techniques and facilitating cross-functional engineering & test support as needed.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and various suppliers to transition concepts to production.
Requirements
Undergraduate and higher in Mechanical Engineering
One (1) years of experience in mechanical engineering for automotive applications or two (2) years of experience in mechanical engineering
Experience working with PLM Teamcenter system, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is an advantage
CATIA v5 experience with complex parts and assemblies, Dimensional drawings with expertise in ASME Y14.5 GD&T
Knowledge machining process (turning, milling, casting,...), and industrial assembly process.
Manufacturing equipment design and implementation
Desired previous design experience in related mechanical systems/components and manufacturing processes.
Willing to step out comfortable zone
Can work independently and flexibly
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Use English fluently
Catia v5,Teamcenter
Tools: Word/Excel/PPT. Knowledge of VBA is an advantage
