Job Opening: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Que Vo, Bac Ninh
Main Tasks:
- Design customized (non-standard) automation equipment solutions, including detailed mechanical structure design, part engineering drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), participate in drawing reviews, and carry out continuous product improvement activities.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation such as TA, FA, CDQ, BOM, SOP, OQC, and DFM.
- Support on-site equipment commissioning and guide on-site engineers during verification and validation processes.
- Address and resolve technical inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support throughout manufacturing, assembly, debugging, and customer acceptance phases.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, user manuals, and other engineering documentation.
- Lead internal and customer design reviews, and communicate directly with customers regarding machine design requirements, design progress, and design freeze milestones.
Requirement:
- College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Good communication skills in Chinese or English.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automation equipment or machine design.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Solid understanding of the operating principles and selection of commonly used standard mechanical components.
- Hands-on experience in designing non-standard automated machinery.
- Ability to work independently on design tasks and communicate directly with customers regarding technical specifications and requirements.
