Open for Fresher/Graduated level.

Got It is looking for a motivated and organized Math Content Specialist to join our expanding operations team. In this position, you'll juggle numerous items, own and drive initiatives, and be challenged to formulate unique solutions to unforeseen problems.

You will be part of our team to develop a new product called MathGPT, an AI-powered bot equipped in every STEM textbook, which aims to provide a customized learning experience to students purely via interacting with their textbook as a tutor. As a Math Content Specialist, you will build and grow a large team of high-quality data labeling and annotation experts from across the globe, develop the training content/SOPs, and establish quality assurance processes to ensure accurate results are consistently delivered.

The Core Job:

1/ Expert Management & Content QA

  • Design, update, and deliver SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks for a group of global data annotation Experts.
  • Directly review and audit expert output, including:
  • Data labeling & annotation quality
  • AI-generated math solutions (e.g., error correction, scoring, rewriting)
  • Problem sets & exercises sourced from OpenStax or other curriculum frameworks

2/ Math Content Operations

  • Collaborate with content teams to develop, validate, and curate high-quality math exercises for university and high school levels.
  • Ensure alignment with programs like OpenStax, US Common Core, and international math curricula.
  • Spot and correct AI hallucinations or generation errors in math content on MathGPT.ai.

3/ Process Improvement

  • Actively utilize data & work with the Operations team to identify bottlenecks and propose timely solutions to optimize team processes continuously. 

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor in Mathematics or STEM Education.
  • Solid background in Linear Algebra, Calculus-Analysis, Probability and Statistics (at undergraduate/graduate level).
  • Be familiar with LaTex, MathType 
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English, especially in reading and writing
