Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Mass Recruiter / Mass Recruitment Team Leader to support large-
scale hiring for our manufacturing operations. This role will play a key part in executing
recruitment strategies and attracting a large number of blue-collar workers to support factory
expansion.
The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, resourceful, and experienced in mass hiring within
manufacturing or industrial environments.
Responsibilities
Mass Recruitment Execution
- Lead and execute large-scale recruitment activities to support factory workforce
- expansion.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions.
- Ensure hiring targets are achieved within timeline and budget.
- Vendor & External Partner Coordination
- Work closely with labor vendors and recruitment partners to ensure sufficient worker
- supply.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with local labor centers and authorities.
- Maintain relationships with vocational schools and training institutions to build worker
- pipelines.
Recruitment Campaigns & Talent Attraction
- Plan and implement mass recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and local recruitment activities.
- Execute field recruitment initiatives such as banners, community hiring campaigns, and local job promotions.
Recruitment Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide updates to business leadership.
- Track vendor performance and recruitment effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and worker attraction.
Qualifications
- 48 years of experience in mass recruitment or blue-collar hiring, preferably in
- manufacturing or industrial companies.
- Strong experience working with labor vendors and recruitment partners.
- Experience organizing job fairs, hiring campaigns, or community recruitment activities.
- Hands-on and proactive approach to recruitment execution.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
