Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for the Northern region, ensuring timely and qualified hiring for an average of 30 shop-based and sales positions per month. The role supports the company's retail expansion and manpower stability in the North.
Location: Zodiac Tower, 19 Duy Tan, CauGiay Ward, Hanoi
Working-time: 08:30 - 18:00 (Mon - Fri) & 08:30 -12:00 (Sat SA)
Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment Planning:
- Coordinate with the Northern Retail Operations team to understand monthly hiring needs by province, shop, and position.
- Develop recruitment plans and prioritize hiring pipelines for key locations.
2.Execution:
- Post job advertisements across job boards, social media, local communities, and regional job groups.
- Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates for frontline positions (Sales, Cashier, Technician, Shop Manager).
- Conduct online and onsite interviews; ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
3.Coordination & Follow-up:
- Work closely with Area Managers and Shop Managers to arrange interviews and finalize selections.
- Monitor onboarding results, ensuring full-fillmentrate/ Time to hire
4.Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly/monthly updates on hiring performance, source effectiveness, and early attrition.
- Suggest improvements to enhance recruitment quality and reduce time-to-fill.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume or frontline recruitment, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong networking and sourcing ability across Northern provinces.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple recruitment requests simultaneously.
