Martech Specialist (Intern / Fresher)

1. About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Martech Specialist (Intern/Fresher) to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience with leading Marketing Technology (Martech) platforms, customer data solutions, and marketing automation systems. You will work closely with Martech Consultants and support the implementation, operation, and optimization of data-driven marketing initiatives for clients across various industries.

2. Key Responsibilities

a. Data & Platform Operations

• Assist in extracting, validating, and managing data from Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Analytics systems.
• Support the operation and maintenance of Martech platforms such as Netcore, mParticle, Mixpanel, Xeno, and other related solutions.
• Monitor data quality, campaign performance, and platform activities.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

b. Project Support

• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including implementation documents, process flows, and operational guidelines.
• Support project execution and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to solution testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.

c. Training & Knowledge Management

• Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and knowledge base documentation.
• Support client onboarding, platform demonstrations, and training sessions when required.

d. Learning & Development

• Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging Martech trends, digital marketing technologies, customer engagement platforms, and data analytics best practices.

e. Reporting Line

• Report directly to the Martech Consultant.

3. Requirements

- Marketing knowledge

- Honest and upright with the ability to work independently while maintaining a

strong teamwork spirit.

- Demonstrates a keen interest in learning new technical trends and strives for

continuous improvement in work.

- Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and basic English skills.
