What You Will Do
As a Marketplace Growth Specialist, you will focus on owning and scaling two core product lines of our platform Batdongsan.com.vn,
Verified Listing (VL) and
Professional Agent (PA). You will also take on the key role in driving adoption, behavior change, and building a repeatable Trust system for 2026+ onwards. With that given, your role responsibility will be including but not limited to:
- Drive adoption of Verified Listings by increasing agent usage and ensuring listing accuracy and quality.
- Boost Professional Agents performance with clear upgrade paths, incentives, and productivity programs.
- Develop the Trust roadmap including quality score frameworks, reward mechanisms, and new trustbuilding features.
- Design frameworks to influence agent behavior and encourage responsible, highquality practices.
- Collaborate with Product teams to enhance Trust features based on insights and agent feedback.
- Work with GTM teams to craft value propositions and create adoption playbooks that drive engagement.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.

What You Should Have
- Minimum 3-4 years in growth, GTM, product marketing, consulting, or marketplace operations.

- Shows creativity, structured thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to achieving marketing objectives.
