Job Description

I. Role Objective

The role is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), both Online and Offline, translating strategic plans from the Strategy & Marketing Director into effective execution across store operations and digital platforms.

This position ensures that all campaigns are implemented accurately, fully, consistently, and effectively, directly contributing to sales growth and brand strength of Texas Chicken.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Integrated Marketing Campaign Coordination & Execution (IMC)

  • Receive overall marketing strategies from the Strategy & Marketing Director and convert them into actionable monthly/quarterly execution plans
  • Assign clear responsibilities to relevant team members
  • Monitor execution progress across all Online & Offline activities
  • Ensure campaign messaging is consistent across Digital platforms, POSM, and in-store touchpoints
  • Control and manage timelines for POSM deployment, communication content, and sales promotion programs

2. Digital Marketing Supervision

  • Review and approve content on Website, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo OA, and other platforms prior to publishing
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Coordinate with the Digital team to track ads performance, engagement, and sales conversion
  • Supervise KOL/KOC collaborations, seeding activities, and content bookings
  • Manage and ensure brand consistency across food delivery app storefronts

3. Offline Marketing & Trade Marketing at Store Level

  • Ensure POSM deployment at stores is executed on time
  • Coordinate with Operations to inspect in-store POSM displays
  • Collect and consolidate implementation photos from stores
  • Identify and resolve execution issues or deviations promptly
  • Supervise store openings, activations, and on-ground events

4. Online-to-Offline (O2O) Experience Integration

  • Ensure all O2O initiatives are properly implemented at store level
  • Monitor customer usage of online vouchers in offline stores
  • Capture real-time feedback from stores to optimize campaign effectiveness

5. Marketing Execution Team Management

  • Guide and train the team on F&B chain marketing execution processes
  • Evaluate individual performance and execution quality
  • Provide timely reminders and adjustments when progress does not meet expectations
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across roles within the team

6. Vendor & Internal Coordination

  • Track production progress of POSM, gifts, and marketing materials
  • Ensure timely delivery of POSM to stores
  • Coordinate and support payment documentation related to executed campaigns

7. Analysis, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare periodic reports on campaign execution status
  • Collect feedback from stores and customers
  • Propose practical improvements based on operational insights
  • Provide real market feedback to the Strategy & Marketing Director

III. Qualifications & Competencies

  • College/University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated marketing; experience in F&B or retail chains is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, online advertising, and Trade Marketing at point of sale
  • Strong brand mindset with sensitivity to consumer trends and customer behavior
  • Excellent planning, task management, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Proactive, highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and committed to continuous improvement
