Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals
- Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, SEO, social, and offline channels
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Manage the marketing budget, track KPIs, and report on ROI of campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Lead and grow a team of marketers, freelancers, and agency partners
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- Have at least 03 years of experience in Marketing field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to develop strategic marketing plans
- Proven track record in leading teams to achieve targets
- Familiarity with AI products and technology is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
