Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Team Lead to drive enrollment growth and strengthen brand visibility for the school. This role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing B2B enrollment channels, managing media relations, and leading the marketing team to achieve defined OKRs.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and capable of balancing strategic planning with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Enrollment Growth (70%)

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing & communication plans aligned with the school's OKRs.
  • Plan and implement integrated Digital Marketing and Event campaigns to achieve enrollment KPIs.
  • Develop and expand B2B enrollment channels in line with Board of Directors (BOD) targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
  • Independently identify and build partnerships with enterprises, organizations, and public schools.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Zalo, Email Marketing, and SMS Marketing.
  • Execute SEO/SEM, social media, and affiliate marketing strategies to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Establish performance tracking systems, analyze campaign effectiveness, and report results with actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Budget & Team Leadership

  • Develop and manage quarterly and annual Digital & Event marketing budgets with strong cost control and optimization.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate marketing team members to ensure timely execution and KPI achievement.
  • Provide coaching, performance monitoring, and capability development for the team.

2. Brand Management & Public Relations (30%)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and TV stations to maximize positive media exposure.
  • Coordinate PR campaigns, marketing events, and promotional activities in collaboration with media agencies and internal departments.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent information is delivered to media partners and advertising agencies.
  • Oversee the production of promotional and communication materials to maintain brand consistency.
  • Identify potential risks and prepare contingency plans to effectively manage crisis situations.
