Job Description

Responsibilities of the Marketing Supervisor include the following:

  • Collect competitive intelligence, and industry trends to support marketing strategies and decisions, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing and product teams.
  • Coordinate resources to support the use of CRM platform (Salesforce) on new business opportunities management, to ensure accurate and timely entry and tracking of leads and opportunities, and optimize the process to improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Support business & sales leaders to implement training programs (such like value selling training) and manage resources from internal or external to improve sales excellence.
  • Support product managers on SKU creation process and pricing approval process by working with other functions and manage the data in the SKU and pricing system.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing communication plans and campaigns, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, and support the management of social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical or a related field.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 3+ years B2B Sales or Marketing experience.
  • Experience in sales operations, marketing support or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English

Preferred:

  • Knowledge and experience in Industrial Wood Coatings Segment
  • Paints and coatings industry experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or other sales tools and technologies
