Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end B2B operational processes, with a strong focus on broker marketing and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate closely with brokers to understand campaign objectives and provide comprehensive operational support.
  • Assist in executing broker-related initiatives, including campaign setup, performance monitoring, reporting, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure the seamless delivery of broker initiatives.
  • Support product-related operations such as spot and futures listings, ensuring adherence to established operational SOPs.
  • Provide client-facing support by maintaining clear communication with brokers and institutional clients; handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and build strong relationships.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies aimed at increasing broker and institutional user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue.
  • Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 12 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and community engagement.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
