Collaborate closely with brokers to understand campaign objectives and provide comprehensive operational support.
Assist in executing broker-related initiatives, including campaign setup, performance monitoring, reporting, and post-campaign reviews.
Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure the seamless delivery of broker initiatives.
Support product-related operations such as spot and futures listings, ensuring adherence to established operational SOPs.
Provide client-facing support by maintaining clear communication with brokers and institutional clients; handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and build strong relationships.
Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies aimed at increasing broker and institutional user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue.
Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
12 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and community engagement.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
