I. What You'll Do
- Optimize and manage SEO content for better website structure, search visibility, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain a clean, high-performance web presence that aligns with LARION's standard.
- Create and refine marketing content materials, including website/blog posts, service pages, LinkedIn posts, email content, etc., with a focus on clarity, value, and relevance within the ITO sector.
- Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts across platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Support the team with paid and organic ad campaign efforts.
- Plan monthly content calendars, social posts, support campaign logistics, and coordinate with internal teams to execute on time and with purpose.
II. What You'll Bring
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience in B2B marketing, ideally within Tech or ITO services.
- Proficiency in English skills (minimum IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700, or above).
- Exceptional skills in critical thinking and a fast learner.
- Highly adaptable to new working environments and changes.
- Honest, straightforward, and transparent at work.
- Excel in both teamwork and independent work.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Email Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms, SEO tools, and analytics tools.
