Maxim DMC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence across Vietnam and international markets. In this role, you will lead high-impact marketing initiatives, foster strong B2B partnerships, and explore growth opportunities across Southeast Asia. You will also leverage CRM tools like Lark Base to optimize marketing workflows and data management, driving scalable growth for our luxury MICE and incentive travel solutions.

• Develop strategic marketing initiatives to enhance Maxim DMC's brand visibility in Vietnam and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, corporate partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and support business expansion across Southeast Asia.
• Organize and manage client/partner databases using Lark Base & CRM systems.
• Improve marketing workflows through automation and structured data management.Who We're

  Looking For

  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Fluent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Relationship-oriented mindset with confidence in networking and external communications.
  • Interest or experience in Lark Suite / CRM systems is highly preferred.
