ATC Furniture is a leading manufacturer and exporter of outdoor & indoor furniture in Vietnam, providing complete solutions with highquality products and international designs. Our head office and showroom are located in Thao Dien An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Position: Marketing / Sales Intern (Full-time/Part-time flexible according to class schedule)
Location: 147 Nguyen Van Huong, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Internship duration: Minimum 3 months
Job Responsibilities
- Create content for the company blog and social media platforms according to the marketing plan.
- Write and optimize product descriptions on the company website and e-commerce platforms.
- Handle basic design tasks for social posts, simple banners and internal documents (using tools such as Canva/Photoshop/CapCut).
- Prepare and update product catalog materials and manage product data on the website and e-commerce platforms.
- Support sales activities at the showroom: welcome customers, introduce products, consult suitable furniture solutions and record customer information.
- Assist the sales team with quotations, order follow-up and basic customer care.
- Support implementation of marketing campaigns, in-store promotions and events.
- Perform other marketing & sales tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
- Proficient in basic office software and familiar with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar).
- Good communication and presentation skills, confident when talking to customers.
- Basic English communication ability.
- Interest in both marketing and sales, willing to learn about the furniture industry.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
