About The Role
This is a broad business support and growth role with exposure to multiple areas of the company.
You will work directly on international client projects while learning about:
- marketing
- project management
- business consulting
- operations
- client communication
- coordination
- digital tools and systems
The role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in international business and grow quickly through hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing marketing and consulting projects
- Join internal and client meetings
- Assist with project coordination and communication
- Help manage timelines, tasks, and follow-ups
- Support reporting, research, and documentation
- Coordinate with international clients and remote teams
- Learn internal systems, workflows, and business processes
- Gradually take ownership of projects and responsibilities
Requirements
- Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
- First relevant working experience required
- Able to work independent, self-learn and proactively approach projects
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with international clients and teams
- Willing to work primarily aligned with EU business hours
- (typically around 2-3PM – 11PM Vietnam time, with a lot of flexibility)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow long-term with the company
- Able to work independently and communicate professionally
Nice To Have
- Experience in marketing, administration, project coordination, or client communication
- Agency, startup, or international work exposure
- Familiarity with AI tools, SEO, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
