We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator to help run the operational backbone of our marketing team.
This role sits at the center of the marketing team, ensuring our campaigns, content production, and internal systems run smoothly. You will coordinate projects, maintain documentation, and help build the processes that allow the team to move fast while staying organised.
You will work closely with the founders and creative team to turn ideas into well-executed campaigns.
What You'll Do
Content Scripting & Social Media Execution
- Write and adapt scripts for social media videos based on internal content frameworks and brand guidelines
- Turn ideas, briefs, and founder direction into clear, engaging video scripts
- Support the planning and execution of social media content calendars
- Reply to comments and messages across social media platforms to keep our channels active and responsive
Marketing Project Coordination
- Coordinate marketing projects across the team to ensure campaigns move forward on schedule
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and timelines across different initiatives
- Act as the communication bridge between internal team members, talents, and collaborators
- Maintain visibility across ongoing tasks so projects stay organised
Production & Shoot Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for marketing shoots including scheduling talents, locations, and timelines
- Prepare shoot checklists and ensure all required props and materials are ready
- Assist on shoot days to ensure production runs smoothly
- Work with the creative team to ensure required footage and assets are captured
External Partnerships & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as influencers, key opinion leaders, and collaborators
- Coordinate partnership discussions and manage communication with potential collaborators
- Support outreach, scheduling, and collaboration logistics with creators and partners
- Help manage inbound partnership opportunities from PR agencies and external organisations
Systems, Documentation & File Organisation
- Organise and maintain documentation for marketing workflows, design systems, and content guidelines
- Keep marketing assets and files structured so they remain easy to locate and use
- Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation for the marketing team
