About The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Operations Executive to own campaign and promotion execution. This role starts from hands-on execution and gradually expands to performance tracking and optimization.
Strategy is not required at the beginning - execution excellence is.
What You Will Do
- Campaign & Promotion Execution (Primary Focus)
- Execute marketing promotions and campaigns with accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate closely with crossfunctional teams (Product, Sales, Design, Operations) to gather requirements and ensure smooth launch.
- Monitor campaign performance during the live period to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign mechanics are simple, scalable, and efficient for both customers and internal teams.
- Performance Monitoring (Secondary, Gradual)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure basic campaign effectiveness and revenue impact.
- Assist in conducting postcampaign analyses, preparing reports, and sharing insights with relevant teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve ongoing and future campaigns by analyzing performance trends and operational bottlenecks.

- Demonstrates efficient, organized, and detailoriented execution across all assigned tasks.
- Manages workload effectively, ensuring campaign execution does not occupy full monthly capacity once fully onboarded.
- Approaches problems with a solutionoriented, proactive mindset.

An Ideal Profile Should Possess
- 1-2 years in Marketing / Growth / Campaign / E-commerce
- Strong Excel with good data tracking skills
- Detail-oriented but commercially aware
- Focused on impact, not just activity
