Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our lifestyle hospitality portfolio in Phú Quốc.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Manage digital campaigns and social media presence.
• Plan and execute events, activations, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with operations to drive guest traffic.
• Manage marketing budgets and campaign performance.
• Build relationships with media and influencers.
• Analyze campaign ROI and guest engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of hospitality or lifestyle marketing experience.
• Experience with restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, or hotels.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge.
• Proven campaign management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
