About the job:
Ecomobi is seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Manager for Direct Brand division. The role focuses on scaling B2B growth through sophisticated social commerce strategies, brand positioning, and full-funnel performance optimazation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Marketing strategic planning and execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's and division's objectives.
- Build and manage a clear marketing roadmap with well-defined KPIs across the funnel (e.g., MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV..)
- Select and apply suitable marketing models (Inbound, Outbound, ABM...) based on business stage and market conditions; evaluate pros and cons of each.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) by improving content personalization, channel performance, data quality, and alignment with Sales.
- Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook), incorporating A/B testing and growth hacking mindset.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (BD, Creator Partnership, TikTok Ads, Ecolive...) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of strategic marketing plans.
2. Brand Management:
- Build, implement, and manage long-term brand positioning strategies, especially in competitive social commerce environments.
- Leverage brand measurement tools (e.g., brand sentiment, share of voice, brand lift) to evaluate brand health and refine positioning.
- Drive brand awareness and equity through innovative campaigns using formats such as short-form video, livestreams, and creator content.
- Work closely with the Creative team to produce brand-aligned, high-quality marketing content that communicates clearly from awareness to conversion.
- Lead initiatives involving KOLs/creators, from selecting the right partners to tracking performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, sentiment).
3. Budget Management:
- Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.
- Track marketing spending and campaign performance against business KPIs (e.g., CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS) to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Prioritize budget for high-impact branding and lead generation initiatives, especially those targeting B2B customer segments.
Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, at least 2 years at manager role. Experience in B2B and/or social commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, performance marketing, and full-funnel campaign planning.
- Solid understanding of key B2B marketing metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV...) and ability to use data for decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic, creative, data-driven, and experiment-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
