At GemPages, you'll drive marketing efforts for a global SaaS product with over 70,000 active users from 132 countries, including key markets like the US and Europe. Our platform supports top e-commerce brands, giving you the chance to thrive in a rapidly growing industry and work closely with leading global businesses. You'll lead a talented team across Performance, Partnership, Content, and Business Development, using a Product-Led Growth model to achieve outstanding results.

You'll do

  • Top 3 Priority
  • Collaborating with the Product Team and BOD to develop marketing and business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Designing and executing Growth & Inbound marketing activities
  • Managing Brand & Communications activities including PR, community engagement, social media and event marketing to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Partnerships
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships and participating in partnership activities to expand the company's network and opportunities for growth.
  • Product & Performance Marketing
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of the user journey to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, retention rates, and referrals to foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Team Management
  • Building and leading a highly effective marketing team (including Sales function), focusing on workflow, operation process, winning team culture, etc
  • Establishing clear goals, KPIs, and OKRs to track and measure the performance of the marketing department.
  • Coordinating with internal teams such as product, design, and customer success to ensure alignment and collaboration.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Manager or similar roles in a SaaS company
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English (IELTS 7.0 - 8.0).
  • Background in fostering partnerships, community engagement, and driving global business development (B2B).
  • Track record of effectively leading and expanding product marketing strategies for SaaS/technology products on a global scale.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM and Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
  • Strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making, adept at handling both quantitative and qualitative data to track, measure, and assess campaign outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
  • A leadership style that integrates both creative and analytical approaches.

Plus

  • Previous experience in managing teams of 10 people or more.
  • Possession of strategic insight and a proactive willingness to drive innovation.
