This is not a role where you join an existing marketing machine.

This is a role where you build the machine itself.

At Ecomlux, we're developing a SaaS platform designed to empower e-commerce brands to scale intelligently and you will be the person shaping how the world sees, understands, trusts, and adopts it. You will own the 01 phase: from brand narrative to execution, from positioning to demand creation, from communication to community.

What You Will OwnBranding & Messaging
  • Develop brand positioning, identity system, tone and communication style for Ecomlux.
  • Craft product narrative, brand story, and value messaging for merchants and partners.
Content & Communication
  • Lead content direction across channels: blog, website, social, email, community.
  • Build storytelling frameworks, thought-leadership, educational content for merchants.
  • Create and manage multi-format content: copywriting, visual briefs, landing pages.
Product & Go-To-Market
  • Understand product deeply user journeys, pain points, value delivery.
  • Lead product communication for launch, feature updates, onboarding and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Conduct user research, interview merchants, turn insight messaging execution.
Marketing Execution
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns covering brand, content, digital, PR, and partnerships.
  • Manage social media presence & online brand voice (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Set up analytics tools & KPIs for brand awareness, engagement and adoption.
Community & Relationship Building
  • Grow Ecomlux merchant community (events, webinars, Slack/Discord/FB groups).
  • Collaborate with KOLs, expert advisors, partners in e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Turn users into advocates build trust, conversation, retention loops organically.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Founder + Product + Business team to align GTM and roadmap.
  • Propose new initiatives, campaigns, experiments, content directions proactively.
  • Recruit and develop future marketing teams as we scale.
You Are Fit If You Have
  • 35+ years experience in full-stack marketing or cross-discipline marketing roles.
  • Strong foundation in brand, communication, digital strategy.
  • Ability to plan & execute GTM campaigns from idea production distribution reporting.
  • Experience working with product teams / SaaS / tech is a plus (not mandatory, mindset > background).
  • Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese.
  • You think like a builder, ownership + autonomy + curiosity.
