Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, display ads, social media ads) to achieve specific performance targets.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, recommending innovative approaches.
- Oversee the company's online presence, ensuring consistent branding and a strong digital footprint across all platforms, including the website and social media.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing, ideally in healthcare or a foreign service company.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and troubleshoot marketing challenges.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a junior team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
