Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vietnam Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to build the LONGi brand, drive demand, and support sales growth across commercial, industrial, utility, and distribution channels in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning: Develop the annual marketing plan and budget for Vietnam, aligned with sales objectives and regional strategy.
  2. Branding & Communications: Lead all brand-building, PR, digital marketing, and event activities (e.g., exhibitions, seminars) to increase brand awareness and thought leadership.
  3. Channel & Product Marketing: Create effective go-to-market programs and sales tools (brochures, cases, presentations) for LONGi's modules, storage, and solutions. Design channel partner enablement and incentive initiatives.
  4. Market Insight: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide actionable insights to guide business decisions.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the local sales team and regional/global marketing to ensure strategy alignment and effective execution.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: 8+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a marketing manager role in the Vietnam market. Experience in renewable energy, industrial, or technology sectors is a strong plus.
  2. Skills: Proven success in integrated marketing, brand management, and channel marketing. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data analysis skills.
  3. Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
