Kaspersky South East Asia continues to expand in the B2B and enterprise segments, and we are now looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist based in Vietnam. This candidate will manage in-country B2B lead generation activities, channel marketing, and maintain marketing operations excellence to support pipeline growth and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Vietnam and Thailand markets, with a strong understanding of lead generation and collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization (Channel and Sales, Regional Marketing, and functional teams in the SMB and Enterprise business). The role involves developing and managing activities from global, regional, and local initiatives. The successful candidate will provide best-in-class support to business stakeholders in the region and act as a trusted point of contact at both execution and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation

Execute, manage, and track marketing programs and activities targeting corporate enterprises, including localized B2B field marketing events, industry events, and trade shows to drive awareness, lead generation, and deal acceleration in Vietnam.

Implement account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation campaigns to engage high-value prospects.

Collaborate with the communications team to ensure a holistic and integrated communications program.

Channel Marketing

Execute channel and partner marketing plans aligned with channel sales objectives by working closely with the channel team, partners, and distributors.

Support and track Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring fund utilization is optimized and compliant with business directions and guidelines. This includes supporting the monitoring of marketing expenses, activity costs, proof of performance, ROI, and ensuring all necessary information is entered into CRM systems.

Support partners and distributors in trade shows, joint events, marketing materials, and other co-marketing activities.

Localization

Localization & Proofreading: Accurately translate, localize, and proofread marketing materials (emails, social media, websites, ads, data sheets) from English to Vietnamese while maintaining brand voice and cultural relevance.

Marketing Operations

Track and analyze campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and market trends to optimize future marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports on marketing activity performance, including costs, proof of performance, and ROI.

Monitor and maintain lead flow, data integrity, and campaign attribution in CRM, ensuring accurate lead routing, attribution, and timely follow-up.

Collaborate with the regional team to set up and deploy campaigns via marketing automation tools, ensuring timely execution of emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture streams.

Track and reconcile in-country marketing expenses, process invoices, support vendor management, and ensure a smooth procurement process.

Manage other marketing operations basics, such as reporting, procurement, and CRM, in alignment with guidelines and compliance requirements.

Teamwork

Work closely with in-country teams and internal stakeholders to understand local market dynamics, identify opportunities, and support lead generation and pipeline acceleration.

Collaborate closely with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, distributors, agencies, and local industry associations, to align marketing activities, product messaging, and revenue goals.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or channel marketing. Experience working in a technology company in the Vietnam market is preferred.

Strong understanding of channel sales models (distributors, partners, MSPs, etc.).

Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken). Ability to speak Thai is a plus.

Willing and able to travel for work when necessary.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams locally and regionally.

Fast learner, problem solver, collaborative team player, responsive, and meticulous with data.

Knowledge of CRM tools or content management systems is a plus.

Proven ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous environments.

Ability to adapt to changes and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.

Hands-on executor with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and responsiveness.
