LenX Energy is a fast-growing renewable energy company focused on solar, energy storage, and future-forward solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Vietnam and the region. We are building a serious brand, not a logo and some random posts.
This role is for someone who can own marketing end-to-end and also design the assets themselves. If you need five approvals and a mood board to make a banner, this is not the role.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and visual output of LenX Energy's marketing. That includes brand consistency, lead generation support, sales materials, and digital presence.
This is a hands-on role. You will think, plan, design, publish, measure, and improve.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a clear marketing plan aligned with business goals
- Define positioning for:
- Residential solar
- C&I solar and energy storage
- EPC and Energy-as-a-Service offerings
- Support sales with materials that actually help close deals
- Track performance and adjust quickly. No vanity metrics.
2. Graphic Design & Visual Identity
- Own and maintain LenX Energy's visual identity across all channels
- Design:
- Social media posts and ads
- Sales decks and pitch presentations
- Brochures, one-pagers, case studies
- Website visuals and banners
- Event materials and signage
- Ensure everything looks clean, premium, and consistent
- Translate complex technical information into clear visuals
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow:
- Website content
- Social media presence
- Email campaigns
- Work with SEO and paid ads where needed
- Coordinate with external vendors if required, but remain the owner of output
4. Content & Messaging
- Create and oversee content in English and Vietnamese
- Write or structure:
- Website copy
- Blog articles
- Case studies
- Product and service descriptions
- Ensure messaging is professional, credible, and not generic greenwashing
5. Brand & Market Positioning
- Ensure LenX Energy looks like a serious long-term energy partner, not a fly-by-night installer
- Keep messaging aligned across:
- Sales
- Website
- Proposals
- Events
- Continuously refine tone, visuals, and structure as the company grows
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 3+ years experience in marketing and graphic design
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma or similar design tools
- Proven ability to manage marketing independently
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy
- Comfortable working with technical or B2B products
- Highly organized and execution-focused
Strong Advantages
- Experience in energy, construction, engineering, or B2B services
- Understanding of solar, batteries, or infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting sales teams with pitch materials
- Ability to think commercially, not just creatively
Language Requirements
- English: Strong working proficiency
- Vietnamese: Native or professional fluency preferred
