The Job
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and help us achieve our growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and branding strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B marketing, hands-on experience in an IT product environment, and a strong grasp of brand strategy. You work effectively with senior stakeholders and are comfortable moving from strategy to execution without losing quality or speed.

In This Role, You Will
Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and branding strategies to drive brand awareness across digital, social, events, and other channels
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
• Work with stakeholders to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support the company's growth objectives
Content & Digital Marketing
• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize content and channel strategy across the company's digital presence such as website, LinkedIn, email, and events.
• Write clear, on-brand copy that communicates complex tech and AI topics to business audiences
• Manage digital channels: social media, SEO, email campaigns, and paid channels
B2B & Enterprise Marketing
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth in the enterprise segment
• Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials for the enterprise segment
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment across all product offerings
Market Intelligence & Planning
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and affiliates
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, coordinate resources to achieve business goals, and produce a report on campaign effectiveness to the management team
Events & Partnerships
• Plan and execute the company's presence at industry events, conferences, and community activities in Vietnam and the region
• Support business development through partner co-marketing and joint campaigns
What You Will Bring
Must Have
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–7 years of total experience in marketing, with at least 1 - 2 years of working experience with management level
• Strong B2B content and copywriting skills - ability to write clearly about technology for a business audience
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy development, customer segmentation, and consumer behavior
• Experience with market research and data analysis
• Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong Plus
• Experience in an IT product environment
• Background in advertising agency (regional or international network) followed by in-house marketing
• Entrepreneurial mindset - has launched projects, owned outcomes, or operated with limited resources
