About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will Lead and execute global marketing strategies for Bitcastle, driving brand visibility, user growth, and campaign performance across digital platforms. Responsible for end-to-end marketing operations, content creation, and data-driven performance optimization in the fast-paced cryptocurrency space.
- Be responsible for all marketing efforts and create the overall marketing strategy for Bitcastle with clear objectives and measurable results.
- Manage the creation of global marketing efforts and advertising campaigns across various social media and digital platforms.
- Develop and execute promotions and content for email and website marketing
- Use analytical tools to measure and report on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Leverage insights from trend and information analysis to optimize advertising spend and performance based on goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in all aspects of digital marketing, from organic marketing channels to advertising
- Experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar strategic marketing leadership role
- Experience in cryptocurrency web advertising or digital marketing operations
- Has experience in creating banners, videos, etc.
Preferred Qualification:
- Has knowledge and interest in the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain
- Pays attention to detail and has the ability to perform work to a high standard
- Has the ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with others, and deal smoothly with a variety of stakeholders even in remote settings
- Has willingness to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- N2 and above Japanese language proficiency
